I have Kent's cookbook, "Comfort Food The Cowboy Way," and I stumbled on the recipe, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. I didn't have chicken wings so I used chicken legs. And oooooh-weeee! This is an AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS recipe. I highly recommend it.

Got my shipment and one of the items was Kents Red River Mud BBQ Sauce. I have had a lot of different BBQ sauces. This is extraordinary! I put it on chicken, and everyone was blown away at how good it is! You know how sometimes sauce is tasty but no heat? Or too much heat makes it so you cannot taste it? This combines both - VERY tasty but the heat I love! Highly recommended. I am going to crack open Kent's salsa next! Excuse me, off to buy my chicken!

I always enjoy your videos! Last week I made baked wings & legs. Lemon Pepper, Pepper,Garlic Powder, Salt and into the oven. My sauce...fresh squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, finely chopped fresh parsley and picorino/romano cheese.

Ohhhhhhhh my God it's the best damn bbq sauce I've ever had in my life. Coming from your normal store bought kc masterpiece.....which is really good in its self. But WOW I will never get any other bbq sauce ever again. I'm all in on the red River mud. Great sauce I suggest everyone tries it. I had my bottle of it for 2 days and it's gone already. Nice and basic is usually the best way to go. Makes a condiment more versatile. A few years back we took a stab at homemade horseradish with just vinegar and salt as the added ingredients. Some of the best and hottest I've ever had.

Kent, I agree Crystal hot sauce is really really good. I'd give it a 9 out of 10, but the only hot sauce that's a 10 out of 10 for me is Tabasco sauce. I grow my own tabasco peppers and make my own sauce but it's only a 4 out of 10 because I can't age it for 3 years.
