The black and white shelves next to each other bothered me first too (they don't sell the black ones any more), but now I kinda like how they divide my other books from my manga. Loved to see all the other bookshelves as well! So much inspiration!

Ash at the 34:17 mark is a fan of the American cartoon Bob's Burgers. The green thing on the shelf is named Koochi Kopi (sp?) and the burgers are representative of the cartoon. Hope this helps and enjoy the cartoon if you've never viewed.
