The reclined twist works wonders when I'm feeling stressed. I can suggest a few more asanas that I incorporate into a restorative practice. Supta Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose) is good for stress relief. It can be difficult for guys to get their knees to the floor. I use blocks supporting my legs. We tend to forget that Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog) is also a resting pose. At night, I like to incorporate Viparita Karani (legs up the wall) into a wind-down before bedtime, which helps me sleep like a baby.
