Imagine not having a visual. Cause I didn't. It took about 5 seconds for me to realize the kick was missed. Scott's inflection gave me that impression Ohio State had made the kick until Scott came to and confirmed it was missed. Yes that manic swing of emotion in a matter of seconds probably cut 20 years off my life. I still feel the sensation rewatching six months later. I watched replays afterwards but I don't typically watch the game on mute with Scott calling on the radio because of the delay

Omg I had the exact same experience! I thought him saying “nooo” was in pain but something about his tone and the crowd noise. I was driving to airport and almost wrecked. I’ve never had so much of an emotional swing, especially when he said “it’s midnight! Happy new year!”
