Workouts NewJeans HANNI ab workout and NewJeans Members workout I’m also doing lower body focus stretch and upper body focus stretch after these workouts so i don’t have any body pain after Day 1: not too bad the plank was a little tough Day 2: really felt burn for the whole workout Day 3: the plank wasnt that bad this round, the twist were really hard but not too bad! Day 4: not bad at ALL i really wasnt in the mood to do this workout but i wasnt in any pain and my waist and abs look a lot more toned Day 5: the plank was quite hard today but aside from that good! Day 6: I was not in the mood to workout today but i did and it wasn’t bad at all nothing hurt! Day 7: did this at 11 at night so super tiring but I feel and look so good! TMI but my butt has also grown a LOT especially since i have a very small one Last thoughts: My waist is a lot smaller and my butt has grown a lot. I do recommend this workout Thank You

I'll be doing this for 10 days! I'll update for my results! Waist: 71cm Butt: 91 cm Day 1: I almost faint after doing this omg! I had to stop like 4 times, but I enjoyed this so much, great way to start my day! Day 2: Fixed my posture for some excersises and OH MY GOD did I not struggle, still I enjoyed this a lot! Day 3: I had a horrific day lmao, but still I did it! When I suck in my stomach I’n starting to see a bit more of definition, but since I have not been eating super clean I still look a bit chunky, so I will start ti drink more water, and replace at least one meal a day for a salad! Day 4: Yesterday at night after a whole day of eating I measured myself and my waist was 70cm, this morning before eating anything I was 69cm! (and almost 68cm) which is crazy since I got my period!
