I had OA in both knees..3 months ago i underwent TKR only on one knee...other is pending...but i find your exercises very useful.

Cheers for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one of a kind product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate at very last got excellent success with it.

Hello doctor. My mother is suffering from knee pain since 5 month. Consulted to 4 to 5 orthopedic doctors but she don't find Any recovery. Because of this pain she is enable to walk and the doctors which they have prescribed medicines and also pain killers after taking this medicines she is feeling burning sensation and the pain is increasing day by. And also one of the doctor prescribed to take injection after taking this also there is no recovery and also she have taken medicines for 2 months but don't find any kind of recovery from the pain. Thankyou. Kindly please reply us soon doctor.

@@aneesfatima3717 get your mother vitamin D3 and b12 test done and other tests like rafactor and anti cpp or other as your doctor told which can give you indications whether it is rhumetoid or oesto arhritis . You can take nucoxia ( in case of sever pain) it will relax your body. P.s consult your doctor before doing anything, they are the experts

I am 76yrs old from Nagpur.In left leg lubricant/grease reduced.Dr.advice for operation but due to age factor I am not mently prepared for operation.Pl.advice me.I am doing excercise as you suggest.

Pain killer mat khayo uska kidney per bad affect hoga. 1 exercise karo 2 cross leg kar ke mat baido 3 english toilet use karo 4 half hour dhoop mein baido 5 1 glass daily milk piyo 6 sports shoes ka use karo aur ghar mein soft chappal ka use karo 7 apna weight kam karo. In chijo per dhayan doge to bahut had tak teek ho jayega.

many many thank you sir.... can you advice me on my knee pain....I am 5 feet 9inch, 64 kg , 37 year old male. I used to run regularly for last 3-4 years(2-3 Km daily) or sometime walk briskly 6-7 km daily. but when I ran too much on some day i started feeling pain on lateral side of right knee(just below the knee joint). which went away by rest( of one or two day). but slowly I started feeling pain even with lesser activity. then 6 months back I left running and started cycling( Probably I did not give proper rest to my knees). knee pain kept going off(with rest) and on. ( reason for running was my slightly raised BP and keeping myself healthy) 2 months back met to an orthopedic when I was facing problem even while walking. Doctor gave me nusan 400, glucosamine and calcium , vitamin D suppliment, trypsin and Nopan oil. I was also diagonised with High BP their and I needed to go another doctor for BP. Therefore I could not continue with above mentioned medicine ( nusan 400, glucosamine and calcium , vitamin D suppliment, trypsin) for more than a week. with cardiologist I was diagonised with high bp 160/85, High cholestrol 234, High trigyceroid 440, and hypothyroid too with TSH 37. At present I am on medicine Tazloc 40h , clonafit beta, roseday f 10, thyroxine 50 mcg daily.(probably I was suffering from hypothyroid since chilhood) while I was having knee pain, one day I had to walk a long distance due to work and my knee pain worsened a lot, I was not able to walk. I could not put my right leg on ground. I got MRI done for knee and met with physiotherepist. MRI disclosed grade I change in medial meniscus( which physiotherepist said was very minor one)(but pain is one lateral side). I did some physio exercise..give complete rest of 5 days to my right leg(did not put it on ground). then again I was able to walk while wearing knee brace. but after 10 days walking again pain started and kept on increasing. Physio exercise did not help. My present condition is that after taking complete rest of around 15 days again, I am barely able to walk. I do physio exercices to strenghen the muscles for last 10 days(after rest of 15 days) and can walk very slowly, only few counted steps(30-40). Why my condition is not improving even after taking sufficient rest?( which has improved previously)...can it be due to side effects of other medications (Tazloc 40h , clonafit beta, roseday f 10, thyroxine 50 mcg daily). these medicines were started at the same time when my knee problem was at peak level. is it having some relation with hypothyroid or cholestrol etc? Sir please please can you through some light on it or advice me....... Thanks

Thank you Dr Pankaj for the information. I am writing this after doing these exercises for just 3 days and my 15+ years left knee pain has reduced by 60-70%, which is remarkable. I'm a regular badminton player for past 5 years and knee pain has worsened over the years and sometime I have to stop playing for weeks and months to recover. Even then I'm not able to play upto my optimum potential due to restricted movement caused by severe pain. I'm 51 YO and tried so many therapies from PT and Ortho professionals, but to no avail. But these exercises gave my knees a new lease of life. Many thanks 🙏

Sir aap ki kya praise ki jaye. no words. bbhut hi ache treeke se aap smjaate ho. sir mere knees k bilkul ooper swelling ho jaati hai. jis karn stiffness ho jaati hoo. ma daily two times exercise krti hoo. ab much better hoo. aap is k liye kya suggest krenge. muje stairs chdna pdtha hai mjboori hai kyo ki first floor pr rehte hai. koi suggestion dijiye. main sari exercise aasani se kr leti hoo

Changes in anterior compartment. can i continue these exercise regularly twice aday i feel very comfortable when i start your exercise ten days ago thanks so much god bless you and your family
