When a workout is over 30min I don’t usually do it as I find it mentally challenging but Heather for some reasons with your workout it feels like a 20min workout! 😍

I've done your workouts almost daily for the past six months, this has been the hardest one, up there with the 60 minutes ones! I didn't know one could do jumping jacks with dumbbells, now I know. Woah.

After finishing the 6 week low impact after an injury, time for the glow-up challenge! Thank you so much for all your workouts and programs. I'm with you since the lockdown in March 2020 and lost 12 KG and have not been fitter before, and I was a real gym rat :-) You have no idea how you have impacted my life.

Competed this workout on Monday. I used a pair of 20lbs throughout. Here are my stats: 354 cals burned 128 avg bpm 1,094 steps I plan on completing day two today. Will post my results when I'm done Hope this helps.

Hi everyone! Today was Day 1 for me. I really enjoyed this workout! You sweat, feel the burn, but still enjoyable! Everything was feasible, but I have to work my way up to full push-ups and burpees. I am mainly posting for accountability and to encourage others to keep going. Thank you Heather!

I have always struggled with side lunges and found them so difficult that I often skipped them and substituted them with something else. This past month I've successfully been able.to do them all and today I even kept up with you! Your videos have really changed my life thank you for everything you do for us

Heather I absolutely adore your channel and you’re my favorite fitness influencer. The only critique I have is 1) I would kill for a progress bar throughout the workout 2) I would love to know how many circuits we’re going to do so I can mentally get thru it and 3) I would love beeps counting down when a move is coming to a conclusion. It really helps esp when I’m struggling and can’t look at my TV. But ya if it could do 3 beeps before 0 and then a final distinguished beep to let me know I’m done that would be incredible

Excellent format. It’s easy to zone out with the choice of music and focus on the exercise without any verbal commentary. I worked harder in this class than those with talking teachers. I really enjoyed it and feel the sweat dripping down my face, back and chest. Thank you.
