No equipment needed in today’s workout - using just our body-weight we will be getting our heart rate up and working on core strength by combining a series of cardio and ab exercises. Good luck! I personally didn't care for it that much but it is a great way to get into regularly working out and building strength. Afterwards I started her monthly workouts and they are FANTASTIC. You'll love working out with Heather!

“Glow” is the nicest way I can describe what that WO just did to me. Better description “Sweaty Mess” - but perhaps not as marketable! 😏 Another GREAT session, HR! 💪🏼

I remember doing this one a year ago when Heather uploaded it and it was a good workout. But today after doing killer legs workout yesterday in August's workout, oh man!!! My legs are so sore. I'm pushing through but today was tough. 💪🏼

I haven't workout in the last two months or so... I've started again yesterday, following the semptember's program. Today I wasn't able to complete this one, it's been really hard for me, I stopped at the first round of set two. Really hope that in this month I will find again my resistence and motivation. Wow I did not expect to get this sweaty from this workout. Active cal 300 and I am drenched! Lots of good cardio and it was so fun! Thank you heather!! I am LOVING the glow challenge!

Are you kidding me with those flamingo crunches??!!! You powered through the entire 40 seconds without even a flinch! You’re AH-MAZING and so strong Heather! These abs that have birthed 3 children could barely do a couple of them without looking like some sort of dying animal! 😂😂

I just started working out with Heather and since I have....I haven't stopped. The workouts really take alot out of you but in the most best, humble way. Not one do I go without sweating bullets and feeling exhausted but sooo happy with the results. Absolutely love herrr and the music just keeps me concentrated and makes me want to push more (odd I know lol). Thank you Heather 😊 P.S. Maybeeee you'll read this and respond 🤷‍♀️🤞

Heather you are literally my fitness angel. I am often got sidetracked, by my job, kids, schedule. Tried to follow ur 12 weeks program but it took longer to finish (my fault actually) still everytime i need motivation or workout. YOUR CHANNEL IS NUMBER ONE on my favorite list

11/27/2021- Day 2 complete! This was definitely a great workout. I was sore from Day 1, so this workout was challenging for me. I took many breaks, but I did finish the workout, which was the goal. Again, this post is to encourage others and to keep me accountable! Have a great day everyone, and I'll be ready for Day 3 tomorrow morning!

Glow Up Day 2: Done ✔️ I def had to take longer breaks in some parts with this one. By the last round I was completely out of steam and had to lower the intensity in my movements in order to make it to the end. Calories burned: 323 Thanks for these amazing workouts, Heather!

Omg, I found this very hard to keep up the momentum, had to stop for a few secs a number of times. One to come back to! Excellent workout though, I loved it. Thank you ❤️

I used to worry about passing out if I exercise on an empty stomach, but I've tried it and surprisingly I feel more energetic and it's easier to get through a workout for me if I haven't eaten. The exception would be a really challenging strength workout maybe.

Excellent cardio and abs session!! Warmed up with a 30 minute Pilates Fusion HIIT for a solid hour and sneaky way to conquer a serious core sesssion!! So grateful for Heather and her workouts!

I keep going back to this workout. It is so effective. I love it. The other day while I was exercising, I said to my husband " This workout is crazy. Even Heather looks tired." He said " Who is Heather?? I said "My trainer" 😂😂 I have been working out with you for a year now. After three kids, I am in my best shape. I feel strong mentally and physically. Thank you for everything. ❤

Day 2 done! ✅ This was killer. And this 45 minutes (approximately) workout took me 1 hour to do because i was feeling a little light headed in between so i took extra breaks of 20-30 secs after few exercises. I was feeling like i was loosing my balance so modified 2 exercises. (The side plank thing, i just held it and for the flamingo crunches, i didn't straighten out my legs. I just tapped to the ground keeping my knee folded.) First circuit i was going strong, second circuit: first round, was when i felt light headed but i still continued taking a few breaks here and there. From the second round of the second circuit, i again felt much much better. And picked up pace. But at the end, i completed the full workout. I could have stopped midway but i didn't so i feel proud of myself! :)

This was so great! I’m recovering from a dislocated shoulder, so I had to swap out a few exercises, but I could do so many of them! It was so wonderful.

I’ve been doing some other workouts and came back for this Glow Up series and bruh, the difference! I literally mouthed to myself “crazy woman” on the cardio 🥵🥵 But it’s a compliment Heather. I love and hate you at the same time 😭😂😍

I've been following your workout plans for a couple of months now, and this was in top 3 hardest so far for me. Brutal, not for beginners. Wow!! Hardcore workout. I’ve probably done about 300 of your workouts over the last few years Heather and I think this one may have been the hardest but I loved it. Thanks for pushing us to the next level. I think I’ll be doing Glow up all summer!!

I just did day one and I'm a cardio bunny so day 2 looks perfect for me! Can't wait for tomorrow!

Day 2- survived. The beauty of these routines is that you are not picking any random workout. You know for sure that you are working out with an expert. Thank you!

That second half was tough but I was gentle with myself and modified some of the movements. Glad I stuck through the entire workout 💪

I’m feeling so much stronger and fitter and I was quite surprised by myself for finishing all the workout! its all thank to your strength and hiit workout and I’m so happy and proud for being able to enjoy cardio workouts too! thank you so much Heather❤️

took more than 10sec breaks!!! almost gave up at last circuit but didn't!!! proud of myself - one day will make it through without the extra breaks! Thank you so much heather 😁😅!!!
