@@cheshirecat772eating fat is one if not the most important thing to do because fat is the highest quality energy your body can use, second is fasting because all the fat you stored in your body will get used first when you are in ketosis mode, eat less carbs if you dont do much movement like training or excercises. That's why you fast, fasting is important so that when you torture your body while being hungry your body have no other option but to work hard for another source to get fuel for daily functions, in every 1 months atleast fast for 2 days (not together but in a 15 days gap), you have to drink only water for 24 hrs, you digestive system will heal itself, you'll feel better, your metabolism will get fast, cancer causing cell will die as they're like zombie cells they need food all day so if you starve them to death you'll be free from Cancer for atleast some percentage

Many people have lost the metabolic flexibility because they constantly eat too much carbohydrate which is refined and a high sugar diet. Their body does not switch to fat burning because their insulin is too high. High insulin blocks the body's ability to utilize fats for fuel. This means not only do you have to take into account the glycemic index of carbohydrates but also the amount at each meal.

If you are hungry either arround meal time or during an intense effort and do not eat, it takes 30 minutes for your body to start burning fat deposits no matter of your metabolism. This must be distinct from craving for food that is not hungry in the real sense, and goes away in like 20 minutes. The sudden drop in sugar is even more different than hungry, it comes with body shakes, and also goes away in 10-20 minutes, if you can and resist the urge to eat.

Any activity that you do burns both fat and sugar. The ratio depends on essentially two factors 1) intensity of the exercise 2) your anaerobic capacity. The key to burning more fat is simply to reduce the intensity but this means that you will also burn overall less calories. Ideally you want to strike a balance. The exercise cannot be so intense that you are sucking wind 5 minutes in but not so easy that you don't spend any appreciable amounts of total energy.

@@rocmon when you spend energy, which is all the time, you spend either energy generated via burning fat deposits or via ATP reserves. Almost all human activity that is not in the brain burns fat as a primary fuel source. Humans naturally burn a LOT more fat than sugar when doing everyday life activities. The best way to force it to burn sugar is actually to exercise vigorously which most people don't do anyway. This short is a scam. And this girl is a con artist.
