This session worked better in 40 minutes than any other isolation and strengthening exercises I have done in the same amount of time! When your description said "glute medius pinch" I thought no way, finally someone who understands. That glute med pinching in unbearable and I could feel it relaxing the same times you do on each side. Amazing thank you SO MUCH Adell! This is amazing and exactly what I need! I often have the pinching sensation at the front of my hips, especially on the left side. I thought I had tight quads but stretching my quads didn't seem to help much. I followed this flow and towards the end I didn't have any pinching sensation! Now I know I need to do this exercise often to strengthen the gluteus medius! Thank you!!!

Thank you Adell! Could you possibly answer a question for me? My hip pinching happens in both bent and straight-legged hip flexion like with walking or running or supine leg lifting movements (like lower abdominal exercises), but especially with internal rotation while in flexion (like supine twist) or sometimes when opening and closing the legs while in sraight-legged flexion (again like in certain lower abdominal exercises). It's also slightly more concentrated towards the inner thigh or groin area. So I think it might be a different muscle group like the adductor or something further in than the TFL. What do you think? And if so, will strengthening the gluteus medius still help? Thanks!

Hmmm...well, I'm not totally sure to be honest. But my first thought is to work on your internal hip rotation mobility in general and see if that helps it.

I have so many thought about this class 😍 First of all, it was absolutely lovely. Gluts are on fire but I've come to love that feeling! That was the best lizard and I had so much fun trying to only balance on my legs whilst in it! And I can definitely see that concept of getting on the mat for 10 mins and then do the same thing again if you feel like it, the one from your last email. I should remember that tip 😁Thank you! It was awesome, as usual.

Omgggggg...... I have tightttttttttttt hips, impingement and alignment issues. I got similar exercise to do .... this kicked my butt!!! But I felt the difference. Great class. I loved it. Will try to do every other day. It made me see how weak the rest of my body is as well. Loved it!

It can help with the sciatic nerve sometimes to strengthen the glutes. Be gentle with it and see how it goes :-)

Hehe I like to find nice venues that give a different feel for each class. It’s just part of how I like to create ☺️ Plus I haven’t had a living room suitable for filming until literally one month ago. Previously hiring venues was my ONLY option

@@yogawithgavin5870 Pretty much haha! Sometime I use yoga studios. But I like to find spaces that have a homely feel too :-) Hopefully now I'm living in sunny Florida I'll be able to do some outdoors as well!
