I have struggled with anxiety and ADHD all my life (I'm 55 now), about 6 months ago the anxiety got so bad I had a total nervous breakdown, it was the most horrific, scary and unhappy experience I have ever had, I've been struggling to get through it since then suffering crippling levels of anxiety that have been causing me to have suicidal thoughts basically every day. I've tried countless medications as well been self medicating with illicit drugs and I've been doing therapy. I started practicing mindfulness meditation a few months ago which does help a bit, the mindfulness meditation led me to more spiritual non-dual meditation and then I came across this channel, this channel is changing my life, I believe, I know, that I am having a spiritual awakening, and it's happening quite quickly, as I discover my true spiritual self and spend more and more time there being "That I truly am" I can feel my false, anxious unhappy, unfulfilled ego self becoming less significant to me, I can't describe how greatful I am to you Sunny, your guidance and teaching has literally saved my life 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I'm struggling with OCD and intrusive thoughts , your video's are helping me so much :D I'm slowly losing the interest in what appears in my mind. The key is unconditional acceptance :) Thank you so much for everything :)

Same, I too struggle with it. How are u overcoming it ? Medication ?
@averagegirl98762 жыл бұрын
@@pushkarbhandari7676 Hi :) This will be a long post :D I'm sorry for my English, i'm not a native speaker. Nope, I don't take any medication. Meds are working only temporary. In the end, you will have to confront your thoughts and emotions. Acceptance is the key. By that I mean, you accept that thoughts will come, emotions will come. You do not try to get rid of them. You let them come and go whitout feeding those thoughts with your interest and attention. Take the value from these thoughts, become an actor, show your brain, mind that this stuff that pops in your head doesn't matter to you , laugh it off :D ERP is good for a start. Practice meditation. Just sit somewhere quietly for 15-20 minutes and let your thoughts come and go. Don't judge . Accept everything that appears, don't fight with it. Show yourself compassion and kindness. Be patient with yourself :) Everything will pass, this will too. Just live you're life. Don't concentrate on beating OCD, it only shows your brain that it is important. Acceptance is not an intellectual process. You do not try to figure this out or analyze this. Time will convince you better then logic :) I'm struggling with ocd for 8 months, now is much better. I'm still having these thoughts, but now there's a difference. I'm letting them be there, and I'm not making this into a problem. I let them stay for how much they want :D Same goes for emotions, fear, anxiety, i let myself feel these without judgment. I'm showing my brain that i don't care and that those thoughts have no value for me :) Stay strong, I wish you all best :)

Wonderful guided meditation, Sunny. Thank you! Will take up the 30 day challenge, and continue further, as I'm sure it's going to be hugely beneficial in training oneself to reside in silence and see the dissolution of the mind's powerful control over one's life. And also to become more heightened in awareness, in observing oneself, in day to day experience, outside the meditation setting. Thanks again and be blessed!

This is the best meditation I've done, I'm been trying to practice mediation for quite some time but I never felt i really meditated until I did this. It's literally God sent for me as I've been struggling with anxiety. I'm doing it everyday since I found it! Just one thing though, if you could remove the bit in the middle where you talk about sharing the video at 20:52 and put it when the meditation finishes , whenever I get deep into it this bit startles me, got really really freaked out 😅 due to the sudden change in volume and audio the first time. After that it breaks the flow. Please if you could do that, this meditation has been really helpful i intend to do it daily and share with my loved ones

Thank you for the helpful video 🙏🏾 Though I did have one question-is the point to just keep witnessing everything, even if you know the mental chatter can be consciously stopped. If you’re going through betrayal and heartbreak and also suffer from mental health issues/intrusive thoughts, should you just let the story play out, even if you can stop thought all together? Should one find a gap and stop thought altogether or just be witness to any and all stories/meanings that are attached to whatever is happening externally, even if it’s painful and overbearing

What is the purpose of this sunny,the goal is to be rich ,and if you feel peaceful in every moment,you will not move or desire a greater version of you,i am not saying peace of mind is not needed but if it does not make you realize that you have to move forward in life,for everything as time and life is at stake,its not worth it,i cant be a monk
@nogoods35112 жыл бұрын
A clear and peaceful mind will ALWAYS help you, and work for you.. and if getting rich is the goal, it will help you achieve that.. plain and simple 🙂
@goamgoam2 жыл бұрын
What Sunny is sharing is the Being part. ( Thank you, Sunny!!! : ) ) Becoming rich (or earning money to be self-sufficient) is the Doing part. @NoGood's is right "A clear and peaceful mind will ALWAYS help you, and work for you." Once you are peaceful, ask yourself: What is the purpose of becoming rich (i.e. having tons of money no one needs to live a happy life!!!)? Fix the purpose of becoming rich, first, before starting on your journey. kzbin.info/www/bejne/on2WkqKdpNGCnq8 May your journey bring happiness to all : )

What is the point of having to be slowly guided into a meditation only to be interrupted in the middle and completely ruining the effort. All the meditativeness goes away. Finally I get deep into meditation, then at 25:22 there's suddenly something about liking the video, what's the point of it in the middle of the meditation, I get sh** scared everytime this part comes, the audio changes and the volume increases suddenly. Please remove it, this is just entirely hampering the meditation. Mediation is supposed to be disturbance free & cut from outer world isn't it. Please try out your own meditation first and you'll know. It's a good meditation but this is rendering the meditation useless. When we're being guided to think about nothing, and then all of a sudden you're talking about liking your video!!
