I've been practicing this everyday for the last two weeks. There was an initial phase of elation but as the addiction to thoughts kicked back in I've tried to remain aware and in a state of allowing of my negativity. Watching it rise into my awareness and becoming unreactive. I have noticed however that because I am now open to these experiences, more negativity floods my mind than ever before. I think this is my mind fighting back due to its dependence on negativity. Just like any other addiction. Often I feel sick and nearly bed-ridden. It's been very difficult to remain uninterested because my minds pull is so strong now and very sneaky. But I will continue to practice everyday and perhaps this layer of the onion will peel away sooner or later. Thank You Sunny.

Yes it’s quite common that it occurs like that. Do not resist. It will all come and go. Let the mind resist and react. That which observes the suffering is not itself in a state of suffering. Soon things will become smoother

Thank you Sunny! This video actually came to me through an email and I’ve been needing guidance like this for sometime. I’ve been going through a major transformation of self and the negative thoughts wouldn’t subside even with meditation and a daily yoga practice. There most definitely is a certain addiction to this conceptual reality and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening my eyes to losing interest in these fabricated thoughts.

A few years ago I watched you and Quazi for manifestation techniques. Eventually I started to lose interest in manifestation at exactly the same timing that you did, and you began making videos on self inquiry and such. You were the one who prompted me to first ask myself “who am I?” Ever since then, it has been an unfolding of this supposedly separate self. And the seeking energy seems to be almost over now. Thank you, Sunny,

Thank you so much for helping to reinforce this practice. I have been working to apply and practice this for some, but the gravitational pull is so strong back into thoughts/states of mind. It definitely is a moment-to-moment practice. What if the majority of the content/states of your mind are very negative in nature and the pull to certain negative patterns keeps pulling you back. I have struggled with mental suffering and depression for 10+ years and it now feels unbearable to observe all the negativity, as the momentum and pull to it is very strong. I know this thought too is an obstacle. Any tips in regards to the aforementioned would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sunny. It seems to me that if one is aware of the difference between conceptual thoughts and reality in daily life and if one sees one's conditioning in daily life then that alone would free the mind. Seeing these things seems far more relevant than watching my breath. What do you think?

hello sir Namaste❤🙏 I have discovered your channel just 5 days ago. i have some questions regarding enlightenment and self realisation plzz reply i need your help iam in depression...that's why iam searching here and there. 1 . Does we really become joyful, blissful after this. 2 does we eliminate all attachment with the people who hurt us they may be our friends, ex- girlfriend. 3 does we become like the lotus who grow in mud and water but still untouched by everything. blissful and happy ...
