God, how delicious it is! This is how they prepared it fit for kings! The Old Tsar's Pastries.
RECIPE for buns with feta cheese and parsley.
200 ml warm milk.
3/4 beaten egg.
45g sugar.
6 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift part of the total amount of flour (350 g).
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 40 ml vegetable oil.
3g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add the remaining flour.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
Chop parsley.
200g feta cheese.
Mix everything together.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 10 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.
Press the dough ball with your hands.
Place 1 teaspoon of filling on the dough.
Fold the dough like I did.
Use scissors to make slits in the dough.
Form a bun.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of the remaining chicken egg and milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
The rolls turned out very nice!
They are so fragrant!
And how delicious these rolls are!

I agree, these look delicious! With you speaking English I have a question for you. The feta she uses in this looks more like our cream cheese in the US (I'm in Michigan). I will say I love feta far more myself but around here our feta is very crumbly. Looking it up it looks like German feta is comparable to our goat cheese, having a more creamy texture. I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Do you think using a more crumbly feta would affect the outcome? Thank you!

Не скрою, ваши рецепты очень хорошие и я подписалась. Одно огорчает: под видео нужно писать название вашего рецепта. Все остальное после слова "ЕЩЕ". Потому что, когда сохраняешь рецепт, то в ссылке стоит это длинное предисловие ни о чем не говорящее и непонятно о чем идет речь. короли, цари... К чему это?. Даже нет намека на название первое, второе это или десерт, выпечка?.. и так далее. Первое, что нужно писать: Рецепт булочек с брынзой и петрушкой. Потом: Боже, как это вкусно! И если уж так хочется помянуть царей, то напишите в конце. Последнее время многие пишут хвальбу под видео, ссылаясь на бабушек, мам, соседок, Рестораны и всякую подобную чушь. И нет никакого понятия, о чем они говорят. Не уподобляйтесь этим кулинарам. У вас отличные рецепты. И, что особенно ценно, под видео краткое описание работы. Хочется многие занести в папку и сохранить. Но так неудобно работать. Приходится искать, что вы готовите, потом от руки писать название рецепта. Но в Яндексе ваш рецепт сохраняется не с названием рецепта, а с тем набором слов, которые стоят под видео. Прошу прощения за свой комментарий. Если бы мне не понравился ваш канал, я бы не писала это, а просто отписалась. Но, я хочу сохранить вас. Ну, и конечно, из-за одной подписчицы не стоит менять свои принципы. Еще раз извините меня. Успехов вам! Я все равно остаюсь на вашем канале.

Медленно ужас да и набор ингредиентов какой то прижимистый , яиц надо 2-3 Масло сливочное обязательно да и сахарку побольше, раскатать булочку смажьте сл маслом посыпать сахаром потом и формуле и не помешает смазать яйцом булки, перед тем, как поставить противень в духовку
