Hi. This is what I do and it's surprising how much development you can get. Body weight full squats to near failure and then continue into sissy squats until near failure then do lunges,this really burns. No equipment needed!

I'm jealous Wes, you have great genetics. I have never taken steroids, I'm 280lbs, but I can never get ripped like you. I keep trying new diets, cutting bread, beer, beef and focus on cardio. The few trainers in the gym, told me "everyone is on steroids" I take heart pills, apparently my genetics need 3 types, thanks mom, so I'm pretty pissed that after 25yrs of working out, I will probably never be able to be all ripped and jacked as you. I don't if I had a question, but your very disciplined, focused, I see you muscle build and I see Arnold.0, I worshiped Arnold, but he had long legs, big specs, smaller abdomin, in essence, his body is a freak, I myself have a longer upper torso giving me longer abs, but you seem to have the about perfect proportions in my view. So when your on stage, remember, you are the superior specimen and have the superior state of mind! Good luck Wes Kevin Kennedy

Hi Wesley! Nice video! Great tips! Thanks for being generous and sharing! Quick question: does the feet position in the press have meaningful impact on the movement itself? What I mean if I use wide or narrow spread position in the base of the press can we target more the vastus lateralis? Thanks!
@DavidSme5 жыл бұрын
Hi Wesley! Awesome video as always, great progress and I wish you a lot of luck on the contest. Just a quick question; I heard and read that keeping your knees bended a bit is better for the growth of the calves. It's also reduces the risks of injuries to your knees. Do you know if that's true?
@Kickbackske4 жыл бұрын
Just got into a disagreement with a guy at the gym about leg extension hoping someone can clarify. I always have the machine positioned on the last pin so the angle of my legs goes slightly passed 90 degrees when I come down on the negative to achieve imo full range of motion. This guy at the gym is saying there is NO quad activation when you go passed 90 degrees and it is only damaging to your knees. Hoping someone can shed some light. Thanks in advance

One hour of posing per day every day with 15-20 second holds this will give you posing stamina and endurance and bring out major details and serrations in the muscle you can split it up and do 30 minutes twice a day if you want and also make sure you do the sun bed's so you get a base coat this makes a huge huge difference to overall look👍
