I know it's been a while since you posted this but I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! This one video has done more for my stroke and my accuracy than anything I've tried before. I feel like I'm actually stroking the ball instead of poking it for the first time and it makes an amazing difference.

Appreciate the content. I play on a 9 foot table with 3 and 7/8th inch shimmed pockets so every little tip to do with accuracy in my pool stroke helps out a big deal, especially on shots where I can't play the pocket at a fast speed.

It’s the 13 mm defy They just shoot straighter. Less deflection. It’s got a navigator break tip on it.

I have started incorporating the pauses you recommend but I am having a difficult time with the back pause, especially when it comes to power shots (either draw or follow). I feel as if I cannot generate the necessary momentum using a back pause on these types of shots. Do you have any suggestions? >Thank you for your great videos!
