a great hack i also tried was using them frozen mash nuggets , while still frozen ,cover them in poultry or beef dripping/fat and slightly herbed flour and egg ,and bake them in the oven tray with more goose fat

beef dripping is the best for me , everytime i cook burgers in a grill, i save and freeze the fat ! sounds unsafe , but its fine ,bacteria cannot grow in boiling temps nor when frozen for future use , its so sad people BUY beef dripping when u can just recycle your own waste
