I know what chuck is, and I know what sirloin is, but what is "chuck sirloin"?

Gorgeous setting ❤ Wouldn’t mind having a burger made by Gordon while sitting by the pool 😅 Can’t wait to make them, thanks 😊

Amazing, you are right , it's all about the blend of meat. However, I prefer red onions for my burgers (sweeter) and I use this really tasty red pepper and eggplant spread, not a big fan of mayo. I would also use my homemade butter garlic and parsley blend for the basting and probably provolone cheese, instead of cheddar. It's all about preference but the foundation is a great blend of meat and how to cook it proper.

I like to add all seasonings in with the meat and let it rest up to 30 mins covered then I'll make out the patties! So I know they are packed with flavor and they turn out amazing every single time! I 💙 a char burger. So delicious 😋!! I like a thin to medium size patties not a big thick burger. Those burgers are too thick 4 my liking. They take longer to cook also then u have to worry about them burning. Then they are good. So I will stick with my own family method but I will try this recipe to give it a try. Great job Chef 👏! You are the King 🤴 4 a reason 👏 bravo! My burger must be cooked well done! No pink hamburger meat for me.

Isn't rubbing the buns in raw meat oil cross contamination?

I’m sure he is cooking the burger to medium. So wether on the bun or in the patty. Same risk is already there. But alas the surface of the bun is surely reaching temp that kills bacteria

Hell's kitchen a great show, chef Ramsey is a really outstanding chef, he would be the only chef to cook my food at our wedding and no one else and that's no lie.
