Controlling of the ego is so important, that’s why I train in parks and I don’t go to commercial gyms💪🏽❤️🩹

That was a fire podcast! 🔥 I watched the whole episode without skipping any part or speeding it up. At some moments I even felt excitement and flow of motivation and even imagined myself doing some skills I haven’t achieved yet. Hope will see more such an interesting podcasts with other athletes. Will keep pushing and also will correct my workouts according to those tips Andry and Daniel provided. Thanks a lot to you all👏👏👏 Wish you all to progress in whatever you are doing! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

i remember i had a shoulder impingement or some type of shoulder injury and i couldnt train for 3 months. Now my shoulder is still weaker. It is never worth it to ego push or train recklessly.

Also now you don't see people do floor combo or rings something else you see only straight bar and after that p-bar combos .That's why the larosa and kamenov period in calistenics competition was more interesting to me.also because of the level some athletes are just good in dynamics but they luck in statics or they do the some stuff.

1:08:15 completely disagree. Honestly andry is good at balance but he has NOTHING on Hristov in terms of anything else to do with strength. Hristov is just being humble. This is no disrespect to andry because he is insanely strong but he thinks too much of himself in terms of strength.
