My mom makes that under $20 duck recipe almost to the tee. Sometimes when ordering chinese bbq for larger party, we have a lot of roast duck or crispy roast pork left over. In an effort to make it last a little longer in the fridge, she’ll do the same braise with carrots and daikon.
