Oh, I love crêpes / blintzen, but I have never made them myself. How great! Merci beaucoup, molte grazie! Lemon crêpes are so good. I bet these with fruit and farmer's cheese are excellent. I have been wanting to learn how to make crepes. I got the strawberries but no blueberries. But I have duck eggs. Happy birthday grandma. Do you have to use farmer cheese or is that just an option? I love the background music.

Thank you for your birthday wishes. For the filling you can use whatever you like. We sometimes will use a blueberry or strawberry preserve as a filling and pour some maple syrup on top.
