@@A1_Amir it’s a momentum thing. You just have to make a commitment and stick to it. And give yourself cheat days. We’re not all cbum and most of us are doing it to be healthier/look better. But starting out, get rid of all junk food and do a big healthy grocery run. Once you start seeing progress it feels good and makes it easier
