@@A1_Amir it’s a momentum thing. You just have to make a commitment and stick to it. And give yourself cheat days. We’re not all cbum and most of us are doing it to be healthier/look better. But starting out, get rid of all junk food and do a big healthy grocery run. Once you start seeing progress it feels good and makes it easier

I think the Rotisserie roasted oven baked chicken that is already cooked for about $ 7 is great and 88 cents per pound for dressed chicken that is raw is good at Junior's Supermarket. Lots of salads already cut and prepared, you can mix your own spices and curry powder.
