This is a fantastic practice and I love the reminder to ground in the morning and evening. My mantra while I was grounding: I am here. I am present. I am patient. I belong. I deserve. I am enough. I am safe. I am supported. The earth supports me. Thank you as always for your guidance, fam!

Namaste, I am grateful that the ancient wisdom of INDIA and Hinduism ( yoga and meditation) is being appreciated and adapted all over the world now...
@kmc19944 жыл бұрын
Did not originate there but it's nice to see appreciation of the art globally, especially in the USA where the ancient art of self-healing has been strategically removed from the collective conscious.
@sweetchinmusic34 жыл бұрын
@@kmc1994 It did originate in India.. Highly likely that you do not know, The word yoga itself is an Indian/ sanskrit word ( sanskrit is the latin equivalent - but much older than latin - of the indian sub continent) which means 'union' (union of the individual consciousness to cosmic consciousness ).. Yoga was first codified into concrete texts by Patanjali, a sage of ancient India..

I'm Vata and need a lot of grounding so I use this class now too in the spring. I feel so good after your classes and have finished the divine feminine challenge. Sometimes I need to adapt poses or stop early but the repeats go much better. Thank you for your work. It inspires me a lot!

Thank you so much. I started with your 20-minute flow, then progressed to the divine feminine series; Iʻve done it 3 times now, with some in between videos to be consistent; I LOVE them all! Spirit told me yesterday it was time to move to this video, so here I am. I love, love, love when I listen to my higher self. This flow was excellent. It will become my in-between flow this fall season. Thank you.
