I watch this for the first time after waking up with tension and stiffness (related to my menstruation). I felt my back and core/stomach muscles release the tightness I started the day with. I also felt my face, shoulders, and butt/hamstrings release tension. I ended this flow feeling so much more self-compassion, and a peaceful, calm focus. Thank you so much for this flow! It was incredibly helpful.

I was feeling pretty heavy for my lunch break today, so I opted to do this yoga practice. I feel renewed and relaxed, ready for an afternoon of work. Definitely one of my favorite yoga videos I've ever done!

I needed this practice more than I initially thought. After 2 deep breaths at the start, I started crying. After a pain flare coming from nowhere and making my life frustrating, I needed this release. I had started another yoga practice, but this was a much better fit for my body. I did this after a long day of zoom classes and hours of homework after. I felt lots of muscle tightness in my shoulders, neck and jaw before starting this but this practice really helped me release some of that tension! Thank you! (side note: what is that instrumental playing in the background? It's so calming. I'm wondering because I think it could be helpful for my insomnia lol.)
