Made it through Day 3. Was almost uncertain that I would when the final move was burpee - tuck jumps, but I did it. Burned 347 calories with this workout. Made a couple modifications and had to rest a little longer than 10 seconds, sometimes. Once again, thanks, Anna. Going to push it all the way to day 28.

DAY 3 Completed! I know I am slow and most of you are on DAY 5 already but hey I will catch up with you guys one day closer and I will not give up! Today I am so proud of myself that I didn't take any break at all! When I was really really tired I slowed down or did it smaller but I never stopped and I am so happy that I was able to accomplished that! Okay Team and Anna, see you on DAY 4!

Burpees- okay. Tuck jumps- well okay let's do this. And than tuck jump burpees- 🥵 It's that kinda love-hate-relationship 😅 Muscle are sore from Day 2 but I did it! Thanks

Note for self. Took one day off post day 2 as slept only about four hours - good I rested as day 3 was a beast! Needed more than ten seconds rest though. Music was also pumping to push hard! Day 3 done, unbelievable. Burned 315 active, 370 total calories.

It looks easy in starting. But guys when you start after 15 minutes it was too sweaty, looking for breaks and have a watch on the timer 😂. Awesome combination of high knees with burpees. It was so pleasant to have your workout🏋🚴💪. We wish to do more and more after 30 minutes or again but our strength doesn't respond likes you. One of the best youtuber I added in my list. Whenever I start my day give preference to your workout🏋🚴💪

Das dritte Workout mit dir....im 1. Drittel konnte ich gut mithalten...danach musste ich die Übungen auf 40 Sekunden kürzen oder leichtere Alternativen nehmen ...aber komplette Pausen wie im ersten Training mussten nicht mehr sein. Es wird langsam... Danke für das tolle Workout.

I think I've done this workout before but I couldn't find my comment, so I just did it again and I do not regret it. This workout is really great! In light of the fact that this workout, so your older ones, are that great, I can't believe that your new ones are even better. But they somehow are! I'd rate the sweat-level of this workout a 💧💧 (out of 3)

Advanced ones were hard on day 2. Gearing up right now for day 3 - reading comments first! I cannot do a push-up to save my life and think my chair for day 2 was too high for the side planks. But felt goodly “done” after!

I felt like crying and giving up at the end of the workout(literally in the last exercise), but I felt so, so Proud of me when I finished it and I realise that I could push myself a little and crushed it!

I feel like i just walked out of a sauna!!! Im sweating is an understatement!!! I took ALOT OF BREAKS BUT GOT THRU IT!!! IM REALLY SORE FROM YESTERDAYS WORKOUT. THANKS ANNA!!! GREAT WORKOUT!!!

We have been following your workouts a lot lately and it’s amazing 🔥🔥 My only concern in all your HIIT workouts there is almost 80% lower and 10% upper n 10% core Our legs are nicely sore but not rest of our body And yes you have an amazing energy that helps us keep pushing

Not bad at all legs are ofcourse most important but mine are already pretty decent and i wanted my upper body to get in shape Please continue yours and decide after 2-3months only.. Every body reacts differently.. 😊

day 3 and still here WOOP WOOP I couldn't finish today because I had already done some exercising and while doing this workout I started seeing spots so I had to quit (due to dehydration or low BP) ...I'll finish the it tomorrow tho and I'll also be ready for day 4 !!

Hey Anna, i love your Workouts. But can you also include a warm up? Especially in the low intensity workouts, my knees always hurts a bit without warm up. Thank you for everything!!!!

Hey, the first few exercises are always less intense and used as a warmup before we start the more strenuous exercises, but thanks for your feedback! Appreciate it :)
