I’ve lost over 30 kg since April 2020, now down to a weight of 65 kg! It’s all thanks to workout channels like growingannanas! And as I’ve gotten more fit since my weight loss, I’ve noticed that no workout quite does the trick like yours! So. Much. Sweat. And so much joy from it! @@katerinamattasova2373 Hi! When I first started working out I just went for a walk for about 20 minutes to half an hour every day. Then I started doing 20 to 30 minutes of HIIT (a lot of Chloe Ting) around three times a week. Now I’ve gotten to the point where I work out nearly every day, but I still take rest days once or twice a week. And I switch it up from low impact to high intensity workouts so if I really don’t feel like doing a full on 40 minute HIIT workout I might do a workout that focuses on my glutes for example or just one without any jumping! 😊

I've never been a big hiit fan, once it would always get me COMPLETELY out of breath and I'd always have to take 2-5 minutes breaks every 10-15 minutes. Idk, I've always been more like a lifting person, but lately I've been feeling a little unmotivated to do these types of workouts. So, I decided to challenge myself and do one 30-40 minutes hiit workout every single day for a week. Today is day 2 and I was finally able to do it without any extra break! I'm super happy and proud (ngl), and I'm going to do my best to finish this week stronger and happier :)) I love your workouts, Anna, thank you so much for helping me to feel this good (and sweaty!!) while working out! ♥🐱

This has to be one of my favorite workouts so far! I was happy there weren’t any star jumps in the routine but damn, I had to dig deep inside my determination to finish when the ab burnout round came. Feel so happy and proud of myself now. She is the best. Let there be no doubt.
