Gaurav is a graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology,Kharagpur. Graduated in 2008, he has been closely involved with Health and Fitness since 2002.
Gaurav is also a Professional Pilot. He is a Captain with one of the major airlines in India.

We can classify that push movements mai static mai load nhi hota aur pull movements mai hota hai. The reason is ki push movements mai jo anchor joints hote hai (like arms in bench press) voh straight hote hai respectively toh voh weight ko counter balance kar dete hai. At the same time, pull movements mai vhi joints bent hote hai toh voh weight ko counter balance karne ke liye primary muscles ko engage hona padta hai, which puts load on the muscles even in a static position.

Inhi videos se janta ne apse pyar krna start kiya tha..baki cheeje apni jagah hai pr u r best in ur fitness knowledge... Or isse pahle wala video bhe mast tha varna logo ne or videos dekh dekh kar BCAA ko electrol se replace kr he deya tha

According to research statis and contraction part is less hypotrophic than stretching part so try to onlh fail in lengthen position

Mai regullar neembu Pani hi gym lekar jata hu or during workout Peeta hu to .... Par Mera gym ka coach ka kehna h ki during workout neembu Pani pene se haddiyo ka calcium khatam ho jata h or haddiyaa awaaj karne lag jayengi .... Sir please make a vidio on this topic taaki mere jaise kai ladke jo BCAA nahi khareed sakte vo bhi neembu Pani pee kar free mind se. Workout kar sake
