If you're lucky enough to find a shiny nincada, you technically get a free shiny shedinja when you evolve it into ninjask

I honestly really enjoyed Ogre Oustin’ with friends! We had a really great time playing it and getting a shiny Munchlax each was such a cool reward! The lag is annoying, but some of the glitches were downright hilarious!

I found a decent number of shinies in Legends Arceus and it made me assemble a very subpar team because I have to have my shinies in my team, obviously 😅

Cool video! But if you include the 14% shiny chance egg of Pokémon Crystal then I would've also included the Wormholes in USUM which can have shiny odds of up to 36%(!) for non legendary Pokémon (according to a reddit post)

I definitely contemplated it, however I decided on my decision as those are still more like random encounters whereas the egg is more like a static encounter, if that makes sense

I do miss the Max Raid events for Sword and Shield. Although they weren't guaranteed Shiny mons, the chances of you finding one were high. I got myself a Shiny Dragapult and Shiny Jynx. (and others)

Everyone knows the best way to guarantee a shiny is to complain how long it's been since you got a shiny, smh Joking aside, nice video! Agree with your decision not to include guaranteed shinies from PoGo. Most of them are time-gated anyway, so that kinda puts them on par with past official give-aways in my opinion. Maybe worth a mention at best, but not really guaranteed anymore unless you have a time machine

I'm unsure where to categorize GO, but there are quite a handful of guaranteed shiny in the Special Research. 😅

Yeah Go is such a different beast compared to everything else. You could make a whole video for just Go for these kinds of topics.

@Turtle-Soup You honestly could and should! 😅 Not a lot of people are aware of how things are happening in GO, and eventually, GO will end - therefore, forever locking some shinies no one will ever get a change to obtain.

The last games I played were ORAS, and I think they had a perfect system. Still very low odds, but you could learn some methods to increase them massively. It still took some skill and patience to get them and it felt rewarding. I think guaranteed shinies are just pointless and boring
