Thanks for the great video! Just want to say I'm currently 12 days into quitting nicotine use cold turkey, and this video and your most popular guided breathing video have really helped me get through the withdrawals and cravings. Love your channel and your energy!

I usually do your video with "Reset your nervous system" in the title in the evening before bed. I like it because, it has virtually no talking. And this allows me to let thoughts come and go and calm down my mind before bed. Maybe this one will be even better for when my mind is especially busy some days! (when I don't want Amy distraction from talking during breathwork) Thanks ❤

Hey great session today. It is nice to mix up breath timing. I find my breath speeds vary, sometimes difficult to maintain a good rhythm and pace while still going to the deepest breaths. Speed vs depth... Thank you!

@ChickbewProductions9 ай бұрын
do you mean alternating between mouth breathing and nose breathing or have you figured out a way to do both at the same time somehow
@michalbombara339 ай бұрын
Both at the same time (mouth is open just a little bit). I breathe in the belly with ratio +- 70%mouth/30% nose and when belly is full then I continue to the chest 70%nose/30%mouth I know this technique sounds weird but but it works for me. I can always achieve full inhale.

I truly appreciate the ‘quiet time’ at the conclusion of this video. It’s so powerful to have that collection of seconds to gaze at a blank screen and tune into the feedback of your body’s interior universe.

Thanks for these videos Kitaro. My favourite guided breathing sessions by far. I've done the 3 round, 4 round and 5 round videos may times, but then the jump to 10 rounds seems a bit steep! Any chance you could do videos with 6, 7, 8 and 9 rounds to bridge the gap? I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one to appreciate those. Namaste

Question, has anybody had a feeling during the breath-holds that is like a magnetic pull either to the left or right? Usually, for me it is straight up like a tube is on my head and this euphoric, magnetic, energy is being pulled straight up. Here recently, and specifically with this video, I have the same feeling, but like someone or something put a 90 degree angle on the pipe, and I then feel a pull to the left or right? Doesn’t happen all the time. Feels amazing but the pull can almost take me off my chair and in that direction. Just wondering what that is all about.
