This stopped my anxiety attack - thank you 💙 Whoever needs to hear this: do not take Xanax without researching it - focus on your breathing first. The withdrawal symptoms will make you much worse. (note I am not a doctor)

First sit comfortably on chair or floor. You can even lie on the floor. Back straight shoulder relaxed and your hands on knees or lap. Make sure find a quite place . Now take deep breath in and release through your mouth equally. Do this for three times. Dont be in rush. Now close your eyes. And follow the video. Now inhale through nose and exhale through nose. Focus only on breath. If you get distracted dont worry again come back and focus on breathing. Its all about practice.
