Question: What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy is when your brain is in something called 'Theta State'. This is a state of deep relaxation, also known as a 'trance', where the brain emits 4 -7hz. In this state, your subconscious is more susceptible and things like suggestions and affirmations are more likely to stick.
As we use our subconscious for 95% of the day, it's important it is set to what is optimal for us. Hypnotherapy allows us to make the adjustments needed to our subconscious so we're always operating at our maximum potential.

This is definitely help me if I'll look at anxiety anxiety is nothing but built up energy and learning how to balance my energy I'll lose a fear that's where I win 🙏🔥👑🪽🥀🌹🌹
