Every human needs a work to life balance. From all of us being at home every minute for months now is making our brains and emotions go crazy because of the disturbance of balance. We all need to take breaks from our friends and family to just be ourselves. Don’t be afraid to talk to them about giving you alone time to just think and rebalance yourself. Good luck and have a good day

Excellent! This is different to what I thought it would be when I read the title. But that's definitely not a bad thing. It's a really good thing because what you say in the phrases is exactly what I need to remember and apply to the situation. You're focusing on the positive thoughts and emotions that we need to manifest rather than the negative ones that we maybe struggling with. A lot of the anger and frustrations, anxiety I have is frequently directed towards myself, I'm unforgiving of myself too. And I do not give myself enough of those things that you said. So it's good and important to remember to apply these positive emotions and thoughts towards others but to include ourselves too. It is a Beautiful meditation and it made me feel better when I finished. The music is just enough and calming enough and at the right volume. It's not overpowering or distracting from your voice. I Love the blue visual. And of course your voice and your choice of words is perfect. A Big thank you. 😊 ❤️

I found out they all bleed easily and that I'm a lot stronger than I thought I was. From that moment, the drive home, and now that I'm laying in bed still livid; I realize how fucking stupid that was. I'm beyond angry. I'm beyond holding my cries back.

Ever since I broke up with my ex everything my new boyfriend does upsets me… I don’t want to be with my ex but the new guy makes so many mistakes that affect us in various negative ways… I think I get so angry because it feels I’ve down graded but in actually my new bf is 10yrs younger than my ex… so I am wrong for even comparing them…. And it is better for me to date a man my age n grow together than for me to date an older man… starting to think I have father issues because my dad passed away before we could really become close so I’m very attracted to alpha males… I need to practice patience, kindness, compassion and clarity with the new guy because he is actually a good guy he just makes a lot of mistakes unlike my ex that always intentionally did me wrong… I’m done displacing my anger and being so aggressive with ppl who don’t deserve to be treated that way!
