It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. I am sitting up for video purposes, I also have lots of experience doing breath work.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, release emotions, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

If you faint, however, you have gone too far and should take it more slowly next time.

Thank you for this channel. I’ve been practicing for a few months now. I recently went for a medical procedure that required full general anesthesia. When I came to, the nurse who was watching my vital signs told me my blood was at 100% oxygenation the whole time. She had never seen that with anyone else in her career. This breath work is the real thing.

Not popular with most yet of my favorite 3. Short & simple with long holds 12×12×12 ( id oft do the same in 10s). Only thing is i hold in for 15-20 seconds each round then let go

Thankyou thankyou thankyou Ive been doing breathwork since 2018. . I particularly like that you do long breath holds. i always go longer on the last one too challange myself. If you at some point do one with 3or 4 minute breath holds count me in 😁blessings from southwales uk 🙏💗🌻

Hello Sandy, when I do your breaths, I always have a tingling sensation that starts in my fingers and goes up to my head followed by an icy cold on my upper body only. What do you think? Energy can be cold too ?

It happens to many actually. Some people feel warmth..some cold. Our bodies chemistry is changing during the breathing so it could be a number of things. Low CO2 levels, stuck energy that needs to be released..etc. If it’s uncomfortable take it a bit slower and easier. If you like it, enjoy the « natural » high !

There is no better way. I prefer to do breathwork in the morning, to activate my nervous system and just carry the good feelings I get with me throughout the day

There’s probably no difference. But I enjoy it and feel good :) There’s more to breathwork than the scientific benefits. And stuff like this is just an introduction to real breathwork sessions that have transformational impacts on one’s life 🙏🏼

So far I love to start my day with breathing sessions, developing this habit, and embracing whatever benefits it gives me.
