I would like to express my gratitude today. I have real bad "purpose anxiety" . I always try to seem smart and brave, but the truth is I'm just an ordinary shy person. I have spent almost my life chasing a few silly dreams, always seeking the purpose of life. Harder I tried, harder the setbacks became. After contracting COVID-19, dysautonomia forced me to slow down. I have been practicing your 14-minute breathing method every day for almost a year now. My symptoms have significantly improved, but recently my ego uncontrollably pushed me to start chasing 'life purpose' again, compelling me to exert myself. As a result, I experienced signs of a panic attack this afternoon. Fortunately, I saw your latest video and immediately followed along with the practice. Halfway through, I couldn't help but cry, as many emotions needed to be vented came pouring out. I practiced the breathing method while crying. For almost half the duration of the video, I was in tears. After the practice, I felt relieved. My obsession with finding purpose seems to have lightened as well.

Kitaro, this is an Absolutely Phenomenal breathwork! Thank you, bless your soul! It not only wakes me up but, I also feel lighter and ready to conquer the day. The awareness is like a mindfulness exercise and the stillness at the end is perfect to escape all worries and enter into the present moment. I've been breathing with you for 6 months now, continue into the New Year shall we as a community to breath Life and bring Life to the world!

Hey kiataro I am a 40 yr old man from NS CANADA I am heading off this morning on 12 31 2023 to do a fundraiser for a multi purpose sports plex that would be the birth of a multi directional life coaching facility with stratogized methods to reverse societies damage to the human condition, I will be asking for world wide support so maybe you could help, I will be traveling on foot hopefully sustained jogging for much of it, it is over 300k and I have never attempted more that 6 at a time, so I'm not in a rush, I will be asking for fundraiser donations or sponsorship of any kind , there is 10 or so young men 14 to 18 that want this to happen more than others seem to but they can see this vision better, its been a couple years since I first did cold exposure or breathwork, I eat clean I fast I do lots to open up my mind and now I know to just breath and do what truly satisfies me and that's being a grateful humanitarian hope you hear about me further than this post spread the love ♥ ♥ oh yeah my story is amazing, this is to rebuild my life I've been separated from my kids most their lives, and my father is about to retire, maybe we could all hang out together as a family and make up for lost time

Just did this and I can say that this was the best session I've had yet. I think my ears closed and re-opened themselves every round starting from like the 5th one. The meditation part was perfect for the end, leaving my mind to create whatever images it did just felt so different compared to the roughly 3-4 rounds I do often. If anyone doesn't mind, I'll describe how my journey started below. I started my WHM Journey a few months ago as a single thought that popped in my mind while staying up at night. It weirdly felt so sudden, and looking back then, I 100% forgot about its existence until then. It felt like I didn't make that thought at all! The moment that thought appeared, that thought being something along the lines of "Let's try Wim Hof", I started my journey. My first and only exposure to the breathwork being done prior to my journey was a KZbin video where a person challenged himself to do the WHM while playing a video game. I didn't think much of it at the time it was uploaded (a few months before I started) but looking back at where it's taken me, I'm glad I started. Kitaro, thanks for all this amazing content. Don't stop what you do because everything about your videos is just great. The chill atmosphere, the informative aspects, the breathwork sessions, just about everything is nice to watch and relax in, really the opposite of the mainstream landscape of this platform. Anyway, thank you.

I got tingles all throughout the session but more importantly i was able to escape my crowded head space , i didn’t realize i was going 10 rounds and time flew by. I was able to gather a lot of peaceful in these stressful times i’m going through. I have been doing Breathe With Sandy sessions for awhile now , and i’m going to add your guided ones to my list as well. @@KitaroWaga Thanks again. I was trying way too hard for “results” rather than just being in the moment, much like meditating with the intention of becoming enlightened. It makes sense that if I don’t force my inhale as much, I won’t need as much oxygen for the muscles I’m overtaxing, thereby allowing longer breath holds. Again, not the goal, but understanding the process helps the process! ✌🏼

I've been doing the breathing technique for a month now because of panic attacks and an anxiety disorder, but I never feel a tingling sensation or anything else, I've tried everything. I think I should stop or can someone help me?

Are you sure you're doing the breathing correctly? Not blowing air out but just letting go on exhales

You should not expect a tingling sensation or anything else. Everybody is different and will have different reactions/results. Just be you.

well that was transformative, to say the least. My whole body was vibrating by the 2nd 2min breath hold. (Felt like i was peaking on shrooms😂😅)

Are you supposed to twitch like an epileptic by the end? I seriously had some a massive muscle twitch session by the end.
