My second attempt at making dhalpuri after my first attempt 3 years ago. This will now be my go to dhalpuri recipe. Thanks to your detailed instructions and tips (unlike my last attempt using another recipe),all of my rotis swell, the filling was fine enough, the dough soft enough and most importantly the rotis stayed soft and pliable once cooled. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Will try your sada recipe for dinner today.
