I made this! It was delicious! I used the shacha sauce. I made a small serving using 14 oz of chuck roast. Instead of potatoes I used taro. I also used my instant pot but because my serving was so small I put it in a glass Pyrex dish on a trivet and pressure cooker for 25 minutes (instead of straight into pot) absolutely delicious and easy!.... Thank you for another amazing recipe.

Really nice idea, reminds me on hong sha rou. I tried your recipe and added whole green onions bay leefs and star anis in addition to the 13 herbs powder. Liked your video, like always. Greetings from German
