Strength + Flexibility = Mobility! Love it. Nice hammy prehab just on time after a big leg and glute day 🦵 Hips and hammies are always the crispiest for me!

Thank you Ash! I’ve always struggled with ‘tight’ hamstrings, but after cramping on another video of yours, I realised I’m just weak! Gonna stick to this video a couple of times a week alongside my running during my off season from football :)

This was just what I needed, thanks Ash. My hamstrings are usually pretty flexible but I picked up a niggle on my 12km run yesterday (yes I use metric in running too!) so I searched your channel for something to help - and it has!

Fantastic! Glad this helped your hamstring Lesley. I find metric easier to visualise. I can sense what 1km feels like better than I can a mile 😊

Ditto! Plus they tick off quicker! Although in a marathon, 42 of them seems a lot more than 26 in miles!

Thank you, Ash. Pretty sure I need to do this. Nice bit of stretching too, so this went well after a run. I agree with the comment below about the reminders to smile, please keep doing this and the reminders to breathe and relax other body areas. It all helps.

Thanks Ash, I had been holding off from doing this one until I my hamstring injury was more recovered. It certainly was easier than it would have been a couple of months ago and will hopefully help on a regular basis. Interesting that my right side is usually my strongest but that's currently my injured hamstring so the intensity is maybe not as I would usually expect. I also agree with you about measurements - I run in km but almost everything else is imperial 😂 possibly down to age as well 😊

Hey Ash! Great video! Could I request a video that helps with tightness in our upper body due to running? I have loads of knots in my shoulders and neck I fear from running and would love your insight as alway

Hey Ash, I have some questions: do you have to warm up before doing these exercises? and can I workout/stretch after I have done these? or should I do it the day after? what do you recommend

Hey 👋 you don’t necessarily have to do a warmup as I ease into the exercises. If you have time you can do maybe 5 minute warmups (I have a few on my channel). Also, if you can stretch straight after that would be amazing. Hope this helps 😊
