Ive watched like 5 of Mike's videos and have been able to drastically improve my lifting both in form and function. I've been lifting for decades in both sports and the military yet learn something new from Mike with every vid, thanks for the content!

Proper TECHNIQUE 👨‍🎓 negates having to use improper form, to lift heavy weights. No ego lifting here, just MIND MUSCLE connection💪, to obtain PEAK contraction. Once again we have big MIKE imparting knowledge to the MASSES, yes sir✌

Amazing video, gonna re watch it before leg and back day. Honestly I realize know I was making similar mistakes on all the exercises. It shows even experienced lifters can fall into bad habits. Cant wait for more videos, Mike is awesome. Regan is look fire training with Mike.

4:00am every morning i take a shit and watch a video of yours that pertains to what I’m training that day lol. Actually really helped me out on that hack squat thing dude. Insane difference normally i do like 230lbs in lat pulldown to feel it now when I lock in before sitting and stretch without letting shoulders go i only do like 150 and feeling my lats like crazy
