As much as I did enjoy this particular video, the callbacks to older episodes only serve to remind me of how much I miss the golden ages of Jake and Amir (first office and second office - 3rd was very hit or miss with more bad than good). I think the largest problem with this series is how they are treating a fresh series like it has had years of character building. The amount of randomness and the insanity of the dialogue is something that worked with jake and Amir because of its giant character building, maybe turn it down and focus a bit more on story?
