I am a HUUUUUUGE snacker. And I CANNOT live without my chips. Though, I am a firm believer of the "everything in moderation" diet, I binge on a lot of unnecessary junk. I know that everything in excess is bad for my health, so I really wanted to make some changes into my snack habits to maintain the balance of eating what I want, while somehow not getting derailed from my fitness goals.
In this video, I'm going to talk about my three go-to "healthier" snack alternatives to my favorite potato chips.
