This total body hiit workout combines strength and cardio exercises combining controlled, strength building circuits with high intensity bursts of cardio. I like this format because I can tell it works the best, I know most people hate the repetitiveness but it really does work to build strength so even if it's not your favorite try to incorporate it into your workouts, you'll notice the difference!

Just when you think she can't get any better, she DOES! This one is perfection! Just the right amount of reps, just the right weights and just the right amount of time that I have to workout. I always think I need more cardio, but this one is plenty! Love, love, love Heather!!

Adding this to my June Calendar! I'm learning that I don't need to do Hiit cardio all the time. Now that I'm 50, I'm seeing the need to incorporate more weight training into my workouts. I'm a cardio junkie and stubborn, but I get it now. Thank you Heather!!

Just got back from 8 days in Italy. I walked miles each day but didnt get much time on my mat. This was the perfect workout to return home to and get me back out there moving, lifting and stretching. Thank you HR for always being available to us.

Absolutely love your workouts, Heather. This is my first time to complete one of your monthly programs. It was so fantastic! Could you possibly include more knee-friendly/low impact workouts in the monthly rotation? I’m mid-30s with no previous injuries and I feel like my knees were struggling at times. Keep up the awesome videos! ❤

So excited! Got out of the hospital in October and just completed this workout (with modifications) after spending 3 months in hospital on life support. Didn't know if I would survive let along get back to doing the Heather Roberts workout I loved to do before I got sick. God is good!!

Back in the game after having to pause for a few days because of feeling ill. Apparently my body isn't 100% fit just yet, but I pushed through with many breaks and now I feel good and sweaty. Thank you Heather for always motivating us with these high class videos!

Tough one to end the week.Trying to push a bit harder so used 10 and 7kg dumbells except on the curtsey side raise I used 5kg.Thanks Heather,see you all Monday and have a great weekend!!!

This was seriously AMAZING! I had to modify the jumping jacks (I just did one toe-tap at a time), but I still felt a burn/fatigue when I was done the workout. Thanks again, Heather!

This is my absolute favorite workout right now. It should be renamed compound move fest! I love it, especially the skate and press that is the ultimate compound move with cardio + strength which is then also legs + arms 😍!!! I’m injured at the moment but with some low impact modifications where there jumping , this is is still awesome!

I loved the approach to this routine. Basic movements with three rounds and then you move on. I could zone out in this one, and just let my body do the work; no over thinking it. Definitely felt that time increase/differential when we got to the third circuit, but I pushed through and was surprised by how quickly we reached the cool down. Definitely one to repeat! 😅💪🏾🙌🏾

Definitely one of my favorite! It was hard I used 10/15 db sets and single 25 LB KB. It was definitely a strength workout and loved the 3 rounds repeat format. Active cal 300.
