Hi Heather...not sure if you still see these comments 2 years later..just had to let you know this is my 'go to' workout if I just need to push myself to do something. I live it, doesn't totally kick my butt, no repeat so I don't get bored and I feel great when done! You are one of my many blessings Heather😊

19 weeks pregnant here and this is going to be one of new favorites! I have lighter weights, have to make more modifications, and take more breaks but this one pushes me while still keeping me in my safe zone. Please make more workouts like this!! They keep me healthier and happy 😂💗💗

Awesome workout! I wish I had found your workouts years (decades!) ago. They likely would have eliminated many of the aches and pains I’m having now in my 50s. The era of 60-min, high impact, pound-your-joints-til they-cry workouts was not kind on our bodies. Thanks for all you do to keep us healthy and in shape.
