I was not expecting to sweat like this!!!!!!! 😳😳 It was so easy yet powerful. I like these kinds of slow mobility workouts. They are best after strength training workouts... You really move like a model Heather. Thank you for being so consistent and uploading different kinds of workouts..❤❤❤

Today marks a year since I started doing your workouts, I started with your 12 week plan (did it twice) and then continued with your monthly workouts. That means I have been working out 5 days a week for a year and even though I still have a long way to go, I am closer to my goals than I was a year ago. Honestly? I am so proud and happy because I didn't think I could. Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all of your work and effort you put into these videos and, for whoever reads this, you can do it! I know I had days when I felt lazy, or discouraged, or I didn't notice much progress, and that is normal but stick through it! it's so worth it and even if it's just 10 min of stretches you are still moving and taking care of yourself. Let's do our best and, hopefully, continue doing that for many years to come 💕

You and me both....almost. I started w the 12 week plan, did it twice and then haven't stopped - it's 16 months now and I can't wait for the new 12 week program. I also do not have the stress of the same New Year Resolution that never got followed through. My only new year resolution is to remember to drink more water......so easy!!!

Heather I am a huge fan of yours! I do try workout routines posted by other trainers, but I always come back to your videos as I find that they suit me best. In all honesty, I found that some of your HIIT videos did resemble previous ones posted, and that was a bit boring and monotonous. However this video has been so refreshing for me. I did break into a sweat, but felt so calm and peaceful afterwards. Thankyou for a great fusion workout!! I look forward to following more of them. Lots of love, and thankyou!!!

I love the pilates and yoga fusion workouts! They really help with my dynamic stretching and full motion strength while also sneaking in cardio, they do it all. They're also a great addition to the apartment friendly/low impact workouts that you have going. For someone who has lives in apartments and used your videos for 3 years now, not jumping while also feeling like I worked hard is a huge win. Thank you so much for all the work you put into your content and the care you give to form, function, and a well rounded routine.

absolutely loved this one. starting to work out consistently has been a challenge for me, and on the days that I don't want to jump around and be tired, these are perfect for me. please keeping doing these!

Loved it, and have no suggestions. You are in charge, and I love just showing up to see what you’re going to challenge me to do every day.. I will admit every time there are more than 2 rounds, I say to myself “I may not do the 3rd (or 4th) yet I always hang in there and do it. So you offer mental AND physical challenges.

thank you so much for these fusion classes, they are so nice to do when you've not been strength training in a while and want to ease back into it without being thrown into the deep end! i also like them when my energy levels are not high but the mind says you should do some exercise anyway to get some blood moving. keep them coming!

I did this workout in the hospital as my mother is hospitalized and I had to fly out of country so I dnt hv any equipment for workout🙏❣️so glad for this workout

This was excellent! I've been doing WAY more yoga over HIIT / CARDIO due to back & knee issues and this reminded me how strong I am! Loved this video and would LOVE to see more fusions! Thanks so much, Heather.

I struggled. Through the dolphin plank, the side planks and others and I was so close to choosing another workout but once the second round came I pushed myself. For me if it’s not a challenge then I’m not working out. I finished the workout and I’m glad I didn’t quit. Thank you.

Love these and pilates HIIT workouts. I use them in between my strength days. They get my cardio up while stretching out stiff muscles, which makes working out more manageable. I always look forward to working out when I know I'm doing one of these styles. Thank you!

These are my favorites because I have severe PTSD and my cortisol levels are scary high. The regular HIIT and Tabata surge it too much. So, this is perfect. I welcome more when you have time for them! Thank you so much !

Love these types of workouts! The transitions from the floor to standing in between really pushed me. I have a small kid so we're always down on the floor and then back up. It's great conditioning.

I hurt my back a few days ago and was trying to find something I could do that wouldn't agitate it too much. I am delighted to say this was the perfect choice! I am feeling great after this session. I love those fusion workouts so much. I always struggle with my left hip (sometimes it doesn't work klicks and doesn't work as it should) but these workouts help so much to strengthen it. Thank you for your consistent uploads :)

Today I did the HIIT yoga for the first time. I typically have skipped or alternated yoga days for a strength exercise bc I assumed it isn’t as effective for growing muscle. Starting today I am committing to incorporating variety into my workout as heather recommends in hopes that I will see a more consistent body composition change. Thanks Heather ❤

Absolutely love the HIIT yoga series. I've had several knee surgeries in my 20s and these sessions make me sweat but don't cause inflammation after. Would love more of them!

Heather, this is great for me atm. I injured my ankle a few months back and this is a no jumping perfect combo. Loving it, super original and it still feels like I put in the work. Top end
