YES THIS ROUTINE WORKS!! I found this video while living in NYC during COVID. I did this routine 3-4 times a week, paid more attention to portion control, and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months!! I’ve managed to keep the weight off and whenever I feel like I need to trim down or tone up I keep coming back to this video! Oh and I didn’t get a single noise complaint from the downstairs neighbors

Heather, you have been so helpful with my weight loss. I came across your videos in December 2020. Since then, I’ve lost 20 pounds. I’m ten pounds away from where I started before pregnancy.

I just finished it. Loved loved LOVED the combo! Also, doing it in 30C degrees made it that much more sweaty. Ah and the music was just so great! Another perfect workout!

had me energized from the very first song! 11 weeks pregnant and your low impact workouts are getting me through!! I make some adjustments for the core portions but otherwise they are perfect for early pregnancy.

omg I literally have lost motivation the past two weeks and have always struggled with hiit/cardio and I actually love this quick workout! The no jumping cardio is super fun and since I have bad knees this was perfect. Thank you so much for this and I'd love to see more videos like this one!

I have bad knees and can't do lots of jumping when I work out, and most channels have you jump a lot. I'm so happy I found you!!

Good low impact workout especially paired with the lower body workout. I love the 20 second breaks in-between to give time to catch the breath & setup for the next exercise. Thanks Heather!

Super workout. Nice to see one without lunges. I have arthritis in my toes so often I have to either pick something else to do or be in pain (not preferable ). Have a great day

Nice workout! It did not hurt my knees. The other workout that I follow, leaving me with knees injury and it takes a while to recover though.
