This was the perfect workout for today, my 70th birthday. Thank you, Heather, for helping me not only to keep but to improve my fitness throughout the pandemic. I have lost 5 lb. without even trying!

What I like most about your workouts is how you program them. There are moves that are hard but then there are moves where you can catch your breath. The workouts always flow together. That's why I keep coming back. I learn so much from you.

HEATHER!! Guess what?! My husband worked out with me for the first time!! He said it was an April’s Fools joke at first but then he came back in the room and did it with me!! He lifts weights but rarely does cardio so this jacked him up!!! Lol! I felt like such a pro 😂 Thank you!!

Agree with everyone! “Low impact” doesn’t mean “easy!” This is a great cardio workout for in between HIIT or strength days. Love it! Thank you Heather for all of your videos and motivation!

Can’t say enough good things about these low impact workouts. As someone who has dealt with sports injuries repeatedly since I was a kid, it’s such a relief to do these workouts, feel the good burn and not the pain, and get a great workout in. They give me hope that one day I will be able to work back up to doing high intensity workouts! Thank you so much Heather!

I agree! My knees have been hurting lately so I thought I had better watch myself. This was SUCH a sweaty workout which is what I love. How you manage it without adding all the jumps is simply an art form!

Love this. A lot of people don’t like repeats but I love knowing what’s coming. These are effective to get the heart rate up. All cardio. No weights. Which I also love.

You are my fave fitness influencer. I love how you only give a quick intro and don't scream motivational sayings at me the entire time loll. I also love the previews of the upcoming exercise. Also, the fact that you don't talk during the workout makes it possible for me to mute the video and play my own music bc I know I won't be missing anything. Thank you for everything that you do!

I’m going to create a folder called “not in the mood” and then file this workout in there. This was perfect. Today, I showed up exhausted and honestly not wanting to workout, but I did this one and I feel great. The timeframe and choreography was spot-on. Thank you 🙏🏻

Sometimes it's hard to push myself to workout and then I take some short/ easy workout and when I start moving then I switch to more intense because I realise that I can do it and energy suddenly appears :D Today I created a playlist ''Lazy mood'' and then went to the comments section :) I actually wouldn't call this workout lazy but I can adjust it to more lazy mood (today I jumped and made it a bit harder).

I don’t comment often…and I know this is an older workout…but THANK YOU Heather! I’ve been going through your 3.0 and got to day 52. I’ve got arthritis in my knees (at age 43) and have to modify but try to not modify if I don’t have to. I was doing regular plank jacks and injured my knee. I’ve been hobbling around so sad for a week. Today I decided I could try one of your low impact body weight cardio’s and did this. I want to cry! I was able to get through it. I’ve been a HUGE fan of yours since I found you 6 months after my diagnosis. You have been my saving grace. I tell so many people about you! Thank you thank you for having such a variety of workouts that I can find something no matter what state I’m in with my knees! ❤️❤️❤️

Holy cow! Sweat sesh for sure. I’ve been doing mostly weight training for several weeks and realized it's not enough cardio. So came here for a great workout. I’ll never divulge how many times I pressed pause!😆

This is exactly what I needed. I hate running but this got my heart rate right up and I was puffing heavily the whole time. Some exercises were too difficult (yet) but I just did something else during those. The teacher is gorgeous! right?

Recently I injured my foot, so the high intensity, high impact I was doing just won't work until it's healed. I was looking for a low impact where I would feel a decent push on my legs, and I'm so glad I found this. Perfect for my foot and exercise goals.

Badly injured my toe and can barely bear weight on it, let alone jump, so very appreciative for this workout. Would love to see more of these and/or more INTENSE low impact/strength combos. Love to jump, but also love the intensity minus the jumping options (with or without an injured toe)! Two years later with a healed toe and still enjoy it! 11-18-23 I didn't realize it was the same video as the one in the newer, reedited series that I did recently, but that's ok, it still gets the job done! Enjoyed it again! 3 rounds are fun and when you know what to expect, you can give it even more ooomph! 3-5-24 Loved it again on 5-12-24; great one for a Sunday!

Exercising through the fatigue part of PMS is difficult. Even though this was low impact it made a big impact. I feel wiped out but accomplished. Thank you Heather!

Heather!! I'm recovering from a foot sprain and this workout was perfect! I had to take small breaks and go a little slower, but I still felt the burn! Definitely coming back for this sweat session again!

I injured myself and I haven't been able to weight lift for about 2 years. Thank you for these low impact workouts! There a life saver to still stay in shape and keep healthy. This was doable even with my bum ankle. I added some weights to make up for inchworms that I couldn’t do. Burned over 270 calories and got to spend time with Heather. A Win-Win. I like being able to see the list of exercises. Being injured, it helps me choose workouts. As always you are the BEST! Thank you so much.

Thank you!! Really need some low impact workouts after a knee and ankle injury. Still have issues with lunges and I rolled my ankle not too long ago. These low impact workouts are what keep me moving!

I love these low impact cardio ones. I'm still fit, but can't do the jumping anymore. It's hard to find a challenging low impact one. This did the trick. I'd love to see a workout with no music though.

Love her videos. I am pregnant and hard impact is rough right now. and i do cardio all the time. I do skip the breaks and repeat it to make it an hour but really good videos!!!

Sweat sesh most def. Love the added ninja push ups! Before you heather those were not possible, now I’m a push up beast. Thank you for your continued (free!) dedication to your community and followers. You have changed my mind body and spirit and I am forever grateful! I love you. Maybe when conventions are happening again you can host one !!!!

This was great, makes me feel better when I age to modify to low impact during out videos. Still burned quite a bit of calories. Thank you. So happy I found this channel 6 months ago. Proud 🇨🇦!

I honestly never comment on videos but this was a really great workout! I have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and bilateral runner’s knee and this was much kinder to my joints than other low impact HIIT workouts I’ve done! Thank you a million!

Wow, my first fab low cardio workout with you Heather. Loved the moves and the music. My upper body strength not there for some of the exercises, so did a few and then improvised until the next move. Pleased to complete it and hoping upper body strength builds. Appreciate you sharing with us. 🙏✨💕✌️

That was much more sweaty than I expected. I added hand weights (same used for kickboxing) for a little extra arm work. Thanks, Heather!

thanks heather! i was in a 1-month slump and this brought me back; starting with low impact before i can get back to more intense cardio. still burned 255 cals today~

Not saying that no one else is allowed to do certain exercises. BUT ...there is a youtuber that is copying everything Heather does. Her style, music, moves etc. Not mentioning who but just hate to see other ppl not able to create their own unique identity. Heather is #1.

I just finished this workout and omg don’t be fooled by the low impact! On some of them I decided to do a little jumping motion (bc I could) totally recommend this workout❤️❤️

I absolutely love this kind of Heather´s workout, no jumping but sweaty and apartment friendly. THANK YOU! The only thing I would prefer better is music, this one sounds tiring and sleepy to me (most of the time).
