What’s up, Nate! Here’s my testimonial. For months I did the traditional stationary bike 30 min then, I’d increase. My results came to a stand. So I decided to implement HIIT cardio so I searched KZbin for heavy bag workouts. I got my six pack back in less than a month worth of work. I like how you walk us through the entire workout. Other videos just give tips. Lots of value with your videos. Keep them coming, I appreciate your time.

I did this first time 2 years ago. It still takes everything to get thru it if done at peak intensity. This is the beauty of Nate's workouts. They are not easy but as he says not easy for anyone

Another great workout. Did this few time and it pushes you to the edge each time. The voice over is really helpful when I have the headphones on and don't have to keep looking at the screen. Thank you.

Pure gem this one! I have been working out with you for a while, then I had to take a break for two months. Now I have lost my stamina, but thanks to this workout I will be gaining it back quickly. I finished my first attempt at this workout just an hour ago, it was both painful and delightful. Definitely doing it again. Thanks a lot Nate, respect from Turkey!

I can't do it everyday, but when I do I really like. Just a beginner so I have trouble keeping up, but I do enjoy after it's over. Thanks!

keep up the great work. have been searching KZbin for workout style videos on using boxing. I injured myself a while back and am just now getting back. my conditioning has left me and totally out of shape. it was my lower back and could not walk for some time. but am buying a bag and some equipment to start back in my garage. thank you for what you are doing and will keep you informed.

I’m doing the double ended bag for 20 minutes and then 8-10 rounds of 3 minutes on the heavy bag with 1-minute rests. This one with pushups and mountain climbers will be a great change.

I have been watching your videos and trying to do the exercises at home and they have helped me a lot.I have lost 3kgs in 2 and a half weeks all thanks to you and your exercise videos.My goal is to lose wait,obviously. Been out of the game for a while. Just hung up the bag and searched for workouts. I looked at a dozen or so before I landed on yours. I tried it and absolutely loved it! Modified some of it, but will continue to work towards completing it as is. Do you have any geared towards kickboxing?

I do Nate's workouts the way he shows them in the videos. So there is no rest after each exercise unless he himself stops exercising during the video.

Hello Nate!!! Greetings from Serbia!!! You have very good workout strategy. I am personal trainer for strength and conditioning. Boxing is my favorite sport and I implement him when I work with my clients and for myself. Longer videos are excellent for learning specially for beginners. Maybe you can make one tematical video with all elements together,havy bag, speed bag, shadow,foot control,sparing, tactics...I would like to se your plan for week and month periodization! That's crucial for connecting all elements of boxing and preparing... Maybe we can be in contact and share personal expirings. Do you have some contact email??
