I'm taking a safety course and Fayol came up, as. management theorist who influenced Safety theory. So it was interesting to see "security" as one of the Industrial function...which I read as 'safety'.

I personally couldn't boil it down to one concept. He has an entire book on management so it's hard for me to pick a main concept. However, I have a related video called Classical Management Theory that you could watch that compares and contrasts Fayol to some other theorists. That might help.
