It would be better to film from the other side, however that would require me to climb over it, which I would think, would make you a bit concerned. Hence the reason why I am filming through the fence. It is more logical isn't it Inspector? A reasonable deduction that any Inspector must be able to deduce. 1:39 BWV can only be used to collect evidence, statements and only used when necessary such as when suspicion of a crime has occurred and information needs to be recorded. Filming is not a criminal act so the BWV being turned on is against policy. Police guidance is that BWV must be turned on when just having conversations with the public so as not to make the public think that every interaction with a constable (or PCSO) is recorded, logged, analysed, and used against someone.

Plods would better serve the community appropriately and actually start earning their keep by doing something constructive like recycling their useless uniforms into clothing and bedding for the homeless, sweeping the streets, picking up rubbish, caring for lost and abandoned pets, caring for the elderly by changing their incontinence pads and entertaining them in their nursing homes by singing them sing-along songs whilst clapping their hands to piano music.
