Thanks for the good info.I am an ayurvedic and yogic person and have been following all this what he has spoken. Only thing is wish he had spoken only in Hindi. When you are talking about our ancient knowledge so Humari bhasha hindi hai. I don't know why he spoke English here and there. The English pronounciationis not good so Hindi would have been best. Anyway thank you anchor for the right questions

I can vouch for the Besan + Milk paste for taking a bath as I take a bath with Besan + Water paste & that itself makes me feel refreshed, clean, squeaky clean, it opens my pores too. We can use Moong power (akka moong ka powder) too instead of Besan. Moong thanda taaseer ka hai so can be used in Summer. Besan garam taaseer ka hai so can be used in Winter & Monsoon.
