Thanks for this. I was just recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance. I'll Will be reading the labels and keep these points in mind. But it's really hard to find food that is gluten free 😢

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I have lots of informative videos on celiac disease/gluten along with many gluten free recipes. I understand initially it could be overwhelming where and how to start. But hang in there, it is not that difficult as it looks.
