His Video Was Deleted And No One Knows Why...

Update 2: EZScape's video is back! • Speedrun Cheater Goes ... I just noticed this but haven't heard anything from EZScape, I think he's asleep. We still have no idea why this video was removed to begin with check back here for back here for further updates.
Update 1: I have a bit of an update from EZScape, his video included two Facebook posts made by Caveira claiming to sell steroids with a number attached. Caveira now claims this was a joke. The person who controlled the number published to Caveira's page didn't seem to mind him doing this because those posts were up long enough for EZScape to find them but when EZScape included this in the video they filed a privacy complaint. I personally believe this claim was either coerced by or made fraudulently by Caveira but it's impossible to know when KZbin has told us next to nothing.
I received a nonsense privacy complaint on an old video of mine. It was invalid but I was given the option to blur the person out, I did so and the video was allowed to stand. Why was a rapidly growing video with 3 million views removed for a privacy complaint? Wasn't it Caveira's responsibility first to not publish that number? Is Caveira really going to win this one?

It's insane that KZbin keeps this dudes content up and backs him on a claim. Caveira's latest video has him drinking something in a store and putting the empty bottle back on a shelf, akin to the licking ice cream prank that's been going on in the US. He's a straight up piece of trash, and he gives gamers a bad name. He's the negative image of gamers people get when they talk about gaming in the mainsteam media. I've been a fan of speedrunning for years. I'm no good at it, but watching other people go for it, it's fun. It reminds me of my time in college when my entire dorm would gather around 1 TV to watch somebody do a playthrough of PaperMario or something like that. I think everyone who's been following this story knows whats up, and we can't back down. We can't let this sort of thing continue, where good, legal content is blocked and shit from people like Caveira is left up. Thanks for making this video Apollo. @@bashamd96 They never communicate with ANY of their creators, if they did, we would've had these issues solved months ago. If a system can be abused, then it needs to be fixed. If the people responsible for this are the problem, then they need to hire new staff. People have recommended numerous ways to fix their website in multiple ways, but KZbin doesn't want to put in the time and effort to talk to creators on the issue, or fix it. There were cases like this in the past, and they weren't resolved. This case won't get resolved. ...and there are going to be cases like this in the future, that won't get resolved. The only time KZbin has ever attempted to fix anything, is when it's livelihood was at risk, and those times are the only times it's gonna put in an effort to fix things.

this reminds me of some of the people who tried to copyright claim the youtuber Rags , youtube always was quick to remove them but after rags pointed out that its fair use and youtube is doing something else that actually is illegal , magically all those videos reappeared to be honest , this caveira guy just seems like a big asshole , nothing more , but oh well , shittube would rather side with someone whos account got terminated before rather than with someone not breaking any laws , i honestly just wait for amazong to deliever the killing blow at this point , youtube is inferior to twitch in every way possible , yt cant get copyright right , they hunt down videos that just are online for people to enjoy , nothing more , but they only remove stuff if someone complains , somehow the first one piece opening has been up since 2010 , meanwhile naruto openings got taken down all the time , youtube is so inconsistent ads are another issue , i use adblock , i dont have the time to watch stupid ads all the time when just watching tons of videos , if i want to support a creator , on twitch i just subscribe to them , either with twitch prime or with paysafecard , the whole concept of youtube for entertainment just doesnt work anymore , they even started blocking tons of nightcore mixes recently , for what reason ? someone took the time to make a mix of several nightcore songs that all are on youtube like 20 times , but somehow the mixes are an issue for copyright ???? screw youtube
